About DA/LO Udviklingsfonden
DA/LO Udviklingsfonden was established as a result of the private sector collective bargaining negotiations in 1973 between the Confederation of Danish Employers (DA) and the Danish Confederation of Trade Unions (LO).
As an employer you are required to pay contributions to DA/LO Udviklingsfonden for employees covered by the collective agreement.
The contributions must be paid half-yearly. The due date and payment deadline is 1 March and 1 September. If the payment deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday the payment is due the next available weekday.
You can report and pay the contributions through:
Payroll service provider - Report and pay at the same time. Contact your service provider or payroll service provider to agree on how to administer the scheme in the future.
Our online self-service (in Danish) - Here you can report manually. When you report via self-service, an invoice will be generated, which can subsequently be paid via credit card or your online banking. In order to log-in you will need a one-time password for the period. We will send the password to the company in the beginning of February and August.
The contribution for 2022 constitutes DKK 0.47 per hour worked by the employee. This corresponds to DKK 64.63 per month per full-time employee, or DKK 387.75 for half a year per full-time employee.
